Nasional, Jumpaonline – “Kami dibredel, dibekukan secara keorganisasian, diusir dari sekretariat LPM (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa) Lintas, semua barang dan alat kerja kami di rampas,” ujar Yolanda Agne, Pemimpin Redaksi LPM Lintas, IAIN (Insititut Agama Islam Negeri) Ambon saat dihubungi reporter LPM Jumpa lewat Whatsapp pada Minggu, 20 Maret 2022.
Usai menerbitkan majalah bertajuk “IAIN Ambon Rawan Pelecehan”, pada 14 Maret 2022 dua wartawan kampus LPM Lintas IAIN Ambon yang sedang berada di sekretariat dipukul oleh oknum keluarga dosen. Lalu, buntut dari peliputan itu, pada Kamis 17 Maret 2022, Surat Keputusan Rektor Nomor 92 Tahun 2022 memerintahkan pembekuan LPM Lintas. Jajaran kampus menilai, berita yang dimuat LPM Lintas sudah tak sesuai dengan visi dan misi IAIN Ambon.
“Tiga orang yang mengatasnamakan keluarga dosen datang ke sekretariat LPM Lintas, lalu membanting majalah kami. Tak lama, Nurdin Kaisupy, Sekretaris umum LPM Lintas dipukul dan layouter LPM Lintas ditendang. Lalu, pada Kamis 17 Maret 2022 Satpam datang dengan membawa Surat Keputusan Rektor perihal pembekuan, untuk mengusir dan membawa barang serta alat kerja kami”, ujar Yolanda
Yolanda menambahkan, kuasa hukum pihak IAIN Ambon membual perihal kampus tidak membekukan LPM Lintas. Dengan alasan, kepengurusan UKM LPM Lintas dibekukan karena periodesasi kepengurusan satu tahun telah berakhir, terhitung sejak 16 Maret 2022. Berbeda dengan Surat Keputusan Nomor 95 tentang Pembekuan LPM Lintas yang ditandatangani Rektor.
“Mereka hanya beralasan saja, padahal secara regulasi kami seharusnya diberi kesempatan untuk Mubes (Musyawarah Besar), bukan malah dibekukan. Sangat jelas dalam isi Surat Keputusan Nomor 95 tentang Pembekuan LPM Lintas yang ditandatangani Rektor, bahwa kami diberhentikan aktivitasnya baik organisasi maupun redaksi. Jadi, pihak kampus hanya membual bahwa LPM Lintas tidak dibekuan. Padahal barang dan alat kerja kami dirampas,” kata Yolanda
Menanggapi apa yang tengah dialami oleh LPM Lintas, reporter LPM Jumpa menghubungi Raja Ilham, Sekretaris Jendral FKPMB (Forum Komunikasi Pers Mahasiswa Bandung) untuk dimintai pendapatnya. Raja mengatakan, praktik beredel di dunia akademik yang disertai kekerasan ini sebagai gangguan serius terhadap kebebasan pers. Raja berharap, seluruh elemen termasuk pers mahasiswa seluruh Indonesia mendampingi dan mendukung LPM Lintas.
“Praktik bredel terhadap LPM Lintas di kampus IAIN Ambon sungguh tindakan yang patut dikecam. Harapan saya, kawan-kawan pers mahasiswa seluruh Indonesia terus kawal dan dampingi kasus ini hingga LPM Lintas menang. Rektor IAIN Ambon seharusnya melek dan sadar atas apa yang telah ia putuskan dalam Surat Keterangan itu adalah tindakan yang salah!” Katanya.
