Mengusung konsep street food kedai ini terletak di Jalan Lengkong Kecil, Bandung. Kedai yang berpayungkan tenda kuning ini lokasinya dekat dengan pertigaan menuju Jalan Lengkong Besar, sangat mudah dijumpai.
Kedai A.R.E.A ini menyediakan menu sukiyaki dengan dua pilihan kuah. Pertama kuah kaldu sapi dan kedua, kuah yang kerap menjadi favorit pengunjung adalah kuah tom yam. Bagi Anda yang tidak menyukai rasa asam yang kuat dari tom yam jangan khawatir. Kuah Tom Yam yang disajikan di kedai ini rasanya gurih, sedikit pedas, dan rasa asamnya tidak terlalu kuat. Perpaduan bumbu yang pas membuat kuah tom yam ini terasa lezat dan segar ketika dinikmati dengan aneka sayuran dan berbagai olahan seafood.
“Sebenarnya basic untuk kuah tom yam ini pakai kaldu sapi. Terus sayurannya kita pakai baby pakcoy, sawi putih, tofu, dan jamur enoki,” ujar Sunarto, pemilik sekaligus juru masak di A.R.E.A Yakiniku dan Suki saat ditemui pada Kamis, 12 Januari 2016.
Saat Anda mulai merebus sayuran dan olahan seafood ke dalam kuah tom yam, aroma dari kuah tom yam akan terasa pekat dan mengundang selera makan. Selain suki, ada pula menu yakiniku yang terdiri dari iga, potongan daging sapi, ayam fillet, dan sosis sapi yang sudah dilumuri dengan bumbu serta diberi potongan bawang bombay. Setelah daging matang, Anda bisa menambahkan berbagai saus bumbu sebagai pelengkap.
Untuk menikmati suki dan yakiniku, terdapat paket untuk dua orang. Paket tersebut sudah termasuk sukiyaki, yakiniku, dua nasi, dan dua botol air mineral. Anda hanya perlu mengeluarkan kocek Rp. 85.000 saja. Meskipun baru berdiri selama satu bulan, namun kedai ini tak sepi pengunjung.
“Menu paling disukai, sukiyaki kuah tom yam. Awalnya sih gak suka suki, tapi sekarang jadi suka. Di sini tempatnya juga enak gak sumpek dan mudah diakses,” ucap Afif, 25 tahun salah satu pengunjung A.R.E.A Yakiniku & Suki.
Hal senada dikatakan Rahman Fadhilah, pengunjung lainnya. Ia pun menyukai suki kuah tom yam yang disajikan di kedai ini. Suasana dari kedainya pun dinilai nyaman dan tidak kaku.
“Tempatnya santai, gak kaku lah. Cuma kalau bisa menu minumannya ditambah lagi biar banyak variasi,” katanya pada Jumpaonline.
Bagi Anda yang tertarik mencoba, kedai A.R.E.A buka setiap Selasa sampai Sabtu mulai pukul 7 malam hingga pukul 12 malam. Bahkan ketika malam minggu, kedai tersebut bisa buka hingga pukul 2 dini hari.
