Kampusiana, Jumpaonline – KPUM FISIP Unpas mengadakan diskusi panel dengan tema “Peran Partai Politik Mahasiswa sebagai motor perubahan di lingkungan FISIP UNPAS” di Aula Suradiredja Kampus I Unpas Lengkong pada Senin, 5 Juni 2023. Diskusi ini diadakan sebagai media pembelajaran berpolitik untuk mahasiswa FISIP Unpas.
Febriyan Hastumo Pangestu, ketua pelaksana diskusi panel, mengatakan, diskusi panel ini mengusung tema tersebut untuk menggerakan mahasiswa agar lebih mengenal tentang partai politik yang ada di FISIP Unpas. Diskusi ini juga diadakan supaya semua mahasiswa bisa mengetahui dan menyalurkan ide berpolitik mereka.
“Ini bisa menjadi media pembelajaran berpolitik untuk mahasiswa FISIP. Supaya mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang awam tentang pemira itu tau bahwa sistem pemira itu seperti apa, sistem partai politik itu seperti apa. Jadi saya selaku ketua pelaksana juga bisa menggerakkan minat berpolitik seluruh mahasiswa FISIP Unpas,” ujarnya.
Ia berharap dengan diadakannya ruang diskusi panel ini dapat menyalurkan dan membuka wadah mahasiswa agar lebih kritis untuk menjalankan etika politik dengan tertib. Dalam hal ini etika politik yang dimaksud seperti adanya undang-undang dari DPM (Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa) yang disebut traktat (Pasal dari undang-undang pemira).
“Harapan kedepannya supaya pada periode selanjutnya bisa menyalurkan dan membuka wadah bagi mahasiswa supaya bisa lebih kritis untuk menjalankan etika berpolitik,” tambahnya.
Vebri Helsinki, salah satu peserta, menceritakan alasan ia tertarik mengikuti diskusi ini, karena akan dilaksanakannya pemira di FISIP Unpas. Dengan mengikuti diskusi panel, ia dapat menambah wawasannya di bidang politik dan partai-partai politik apa saja yang ada di Fisip Unpas juga peran-peran partai.
“Menurut saya, diskusi ini penting untuk yang belum mengetahui tentang partai-partai di FISIP Unpas. Hingga pada saat pemira dilaksanakan tidak ada yang bingung mengenai partai-partai yang ada di FISIP Unpas.” tutur Vebri.
